This notice covers helmrev.com. The application at app.helmrev.com shows its own notice for account and plan data.

Who is responsible

The data controller is Trails & Waves Unipessoal LDA, Avenida 5 de Outubro 72, 4C, 1050-059 Lisboa, Portugal. Contact for anything in this notice: the Helm support form.

What we collect

Email and message content when you write to us. Billing details (name, business name, address, tax ID) collected by Stripe when you buy. Anonymous usage analytics on this site through PostHog; we do not build a profile of you unless you identify yourself, and we do not use advertising trackers. Hosting logs are processed by Vercel to serve the site.

Why

To reply, deliver what you bought, invoice correctly, and understand which pages work. We do not sell personal data and we do not put personal data into analytics events.

Who processes it

Stripe (payments), Google Workspace (email), PostHog (analytics), Vercel (hosting), and Neon (application database for app.helmrev.com). Each acts as a processor under its own agreement.

Retention

We keep correspondence and billing records for as long as the law requires, and delete what we no longer need.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion where the law allows it. If you are in the EU or EEA, you also have the rights the GDPR gives you, including complaint to your supervisory authority.

Effective

This notice takes effect with the public launch of helmrev.com. The launch date is stamped here at cutover.
