Service terms

These terms govern the services offered at helmrev.com and app.helmrev.com. If you buy or request a service, you accept them.

Who provides the service

Helm is operated by Trails & Waves Unipessoal LDA, Avenida 5 de Outubro 72, 4C, 1050-059 Lisboa, Portugal. Registration and tax details appear on every invoice. Support: the Helm support form.

The services

Build: a free first-sale plan for a new company, or a free ownership-first migration map for a live store, created at app.helmrev.com. The plan is informational and its own terms are shown inside the application.

Grow: the AI Search Visibility Cycle, a fixed-scope research and preparation service priced at €250 one-time per cycle. The exact included and excluded scope is stated at helmrev.com/visibility/ and does not change after purchase. An Amazon profit diagnostic is offered by email request, with scope and price agreed in writing before work starts.

Managed scopes: any hands-on implementation work happens only after you request it and accept a written scope and price. There is no automatic or recurring engagement.

What Helm does not do

Helm does not autonomously launch companies, publish content, spend money, move stores, or connect to your accounts without an agreed scope and your approval. Every material change is approved by you before it runs.

Payment

The visibility cycle is paid through Stripe checkout. Applicable tax is added at checkout. Stripe emails your receipt. The completed Stripe checkout session is the record of payment; loading a confirmation page is not.

Kickoff and communication

After a visibility-cycle payment, a real person replies within two business days, Madrid time, to agree the buying searches and priority pages. Delivery starts after that kickoff.

No guarantee

Helm records evidence and results. It does not guarantee rankings, citations, traffic, conversion, sales, or revenue.

Cancellation and refunds

Until the kickoff reply arrives and the searches are agreed, you can cancel by email for a full refund. After the cycle's work has started, write to the Helm support form if something is wrong and we resolve it in writing, up to and including a refund of what was not delivered. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Helm's total liability for a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law, and disputes belong to the courts of Lisboa, Portugal, unless mandatory consumer protection rules give you another venue. Every written scope states the same.

Changes

If these terms change, the current version is always at this address, and a purchase is governed by the version shown when you bought.
